We believe – “Happy life can be achieved by healthy body, mind and spirit“. Our goal is to help people stay healthy and make the world disease free with natural foods and remedies (without relying on external medicine for day to day life).
Through project Arogya, we are going to provide a collaborative platform where health experts from diverse background like doctors, nutritionists, chefs, health practitioner, writers, bloggers .. and Arogya health mantra members can discuss various health topics which are going to help us in day to day life.
Also, we are going to organize or sponsor events which is beneficial to health and also do initiatives which helps people to stay healthy in terms of body, mind and spirit leading a happy life.
Last but not the least, In this portal , health related news , recent research and general health guide with all basic and advance knowledge will be shared to make people aware about health. This main intent of this portal to guide on healthy foods , so we will put the health products which we came across and good for all. Also, we will share the mantra based on specific needs – like weight loss , hair fall. keeping main focus on health foods, we will also post information on healthy habbits which are good for healthy body, mind and spirit.
